He has been a member of the Indian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce and an Associate Member of the World Economic Forum, Geneva, Switzerland and a member of the Indian delegation to the Davos symposium.

He has worked and managed businesses and manufacturing units across various geographies in North America, Europe, India, Southeast Asia & China.
Dr. Kapoor has joined GFL in September 2021, which is a leading manufacturing company of fluoropolymers and fluorospeciality chemicals in India.
Prior to joining GFL, Dr. Kapoor worked with Aditya Birla Group for close to 18 years in various senior level management positions.
Mr. Shailendra Swarup is a law graduate and a Senior Advocate, practicing in the High Court and Supreme Court of India, at New Delhi. He has around 44 years of experience in handling wide-ranging legal matters and serves on the Board of several professionally managed companies. Mr Swarup was a member of the Task Force on Corporate Governance constituted by the Confederation of Indian Industry under the Chairmanship of Mr. Rahul Bajaj. He was a member of consultative Group constituted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Chairmanship of Dr. AS Ganguly.

Mr. SanathkumarMuppirala is Chemical Engineer from SV University, Tirupati and has over 33 years of experience in Manufacturing, Strategic planning and Commissioning of Petrochemical Plants. His last assignment was with Haldia Petrochemicals Limited as Head of Manufacturing. Prior to this, he was associated with various Companies such as ONGC Petro Additions Limited and Reliance Industries Limited.
Mr. Om Prakash Lohia is Chairman and Managing Director of Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited. A Commerce graduate from Kolkata University, Mr Lohia joined the family textile business, getting exposure in all disciplines of business management. He was Chairman of the SCOPE- Standing Conference of Public Enterprises - the apex organization of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) in INDIA during 2003-05.
