    Job Purpose
    The position will support the product development and technology development team to ensure creation , maintenance and defense of a strong IP position , protection of know - how and risk management by understanding infringements and conducting appropriate searches.
    Prinicipal job accoutabilities
    Accountabilities Major Activities Key Performance Indicators
    Patent Search & analysis , Patent Drafting & filing , Patent prosecution , Stakeholder Collaboration , IP risk management Conduct FTO , patentability and prior art searches. Draft patent claims and specifications , manage patent filings and examination responses , support R&D teams on IP related matters, Evaluate patent risks and protection opportunities Quality and timelines of search reports, number and quality of patent applications drafted , Patent grant rate and on - time response submissions , stakeholder satisfaction and support turnaround time, accuracy of risk assessments and portfolio contribution .
