To provide oversight and management for specialty chemicals plant and to lead team of production personnel associated with the Specialty Chemicals Plant Operation , lead pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of the plant. Stabilize the product in the plant. Achieve the targets and Performances in the areas outlined below, in alignment with the Corporate Objectives and Company’s Business Plans.
