Job Purpose

To work as a team member of management for” HCFC/Thermal Oxidizer and Associated tank-farm “and to lead team of production personnel   to achieve and improve Targets and Performances in the areas outlined below, in alignment with the Corporate Objectives and Company’s Business Plans.

Compliance sustainability and integrity ? Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement. ? Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same. ? Be responsible for ethical operation under his control. ? Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation. ? Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption etc.
Safety, Health & Environment Responsibilities ? To help define safety goals, develop implementation procedures, and ensure compliance for the company’s safety programs. ? Consistently motivate other employees to effectively mitigate safety risks. ? Demonstrate visible felt leadership
Production and productivity • Production Planning and scheduling for the plant • Raw Material & Consumable Planning and scheduling • Production planning & scheduling as per sale plan at outsourcing site • Maximize the occupancy of the equipments • Maintenance Planning and scheduling. • Managing availability packaging materials • Managing Storage Inventory to prevent overstock position with co ordination to dispatch department. • Training of plant personnel. 1. Production as per planned target 2. To achieve Overall Plant Effectiveness (OPE) as per target
Product Delivery • Co-ordination with Marketing Dept. for sales. • Co-ordination with outsourcing end • Interdepartmental Co-ordination. 1. On time delivery in full all the time. 2.” Zero” Customer Complaints
Financial and Delivery ? Planning, Formulating, scheduling, controlling and supervising the entire production process to ensure the effective management of production lines of an organization. ? Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high-quality standard production. ? Ensure optimum utilization of Raw Materials and other inputs to minimize expenditure and achieve reduction in cost of production without affecting quality. ? Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets. ? Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals. ? Improvement in Conversion Cost. ? Achieve 100% OTIF Customer Delivery.
Quality Improvement ? Selecting and maintaining equipment’s, supervising product standards and enforcing quality-control programs. ? Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices. ? Monitoring proper utilization of raw materials to ensure Waste minimization. ? Achieve “Zero Defects”
Engineering ? Ensure effective management and coordination of all processes at the plant pertaining to engineering works. ? Preventive and predictive maintenance system & procedures. ? Planning and scheduling procurement of Spare parts & Consumable. ? Increase in plant productivity
Process Improvement ? Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. ? Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals. ? Ensure compliance of Safety, environmental norms, and healthy working environment in the plant with Zero accidents or near miss cases. ? Coordinate to cross functional team to meet the committed targets. ? Improve Process Capability.
People Management ? Liaising with different departments such as suppliers, managers and so on to prevent any probable delay. ? Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates. ? Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization. ? Ensuring the effectual adopting of new programs and policies and providing training to meet improved requirements. ? Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel. ? Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives. ? Improvement in Employee Satisfaction.
