Design Stakeholder Engagement and materiality management system |
? Prepare the stakeholder Engagement Plan with detailing stakeholder identification, engagement frequency & mode. ? Design and develop the stakeholder engagement questionnaire, plot the stakeholder engagement survey. ? Analyze the stakeholder engagement survey outcome, prepare the stakeholder engagement report. ? Identify the materiality from the survey outcome, prepare the presentation to be present to the top management |
? Achieve more than 50% responses from the stakeholders. ? Materiality management review once in a two year |
Digital platform for non-financial data and ESG performance |
? The design, implementation, and management non-financial performance data in digital platform ? Define the governance for non-financial performance data inputs with clear roles & responsibility and the escalation metrics, exception raising and approval mechanism ? Design and implement the ESG dashboard with charts, achievements against goals/target set for senior leaderships. |
? 100% data entry as per the digital platform ? ESG performance should be linked with business incentive schemes to collectively drive business result. |
ESG and other relevant framework implementation as per the business need |
? Knowledge of relevant sustainability frameworks such as BRSR, GRI, SASB, ISO, IR to be understand as per the business need and stakeholder requirements. ? Design the sustainability framework for organization by mapping the required framework for preparing sustainability disclosure. ? Prepare organization to participate on international forums such as UNGC, CDP, TCFD, SBTi etc. ? Oversee the collection, analysis, and verification of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) or Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) standards |
? Annual Sustainability / ESG report should be prepare as per the framework decided. ? At least 2 participations for sustainability framework preparation and mapping with other frameworks. |
Organizational Development |
? To facilitate the units by arranging appropriate training and build the capacity on sustainability framework ? Develop internal team as sustainability champions at each units and offices to support the sustainability initiatives ? Encourage to the internal team members to take the sustainability initiatives and documents the case studies |
? 10 sustainability champions at each sites / office to be created. ? Minimum 5 sustainability initiatives to be taken |
Building Organizational Capabilities |
? Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability roadmap aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. ? Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to embed sustainability principles across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of environmental and social responsibility. ? Design and maintain sustainability dashboards and presentations for regular management review, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize decarbonization opportunities, setting ambitious targets and implementing strategies to reduce carbon emissions. ? Enabling key stakeholders like Marketing & SCM to understand GFL customer & supplier based requirements on sustainability and developing capabilities in respective teams ? Owning & driving Responsible Care across Units and maintain the certification for ever |
? Timely submission of Monthly Dash board (by first week of every month) ? No of decarbonization projects undertaken unit wise ? No of customer/supplier questionnaire submitted without query on time ? RC logo maintained for ever with stakeholder engagements |
Fostering Cultural Change |
? Prepare submissions for sustainability awards and recognitions, showcasing the company's achievements and commitment to sustainability. ? Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices, and integrate relevant insights into the company's sustainability strategy. ? Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community partners, to communicate the company's sustainability goals and progress. ? Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability practices, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and mitigate environmental impacts. |
