Position Title Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager-Talent Management

Job Purpose

Role & responsibilities

  • Assisting in drafting HR Policies
  • Updating HR Policies from time to time
  • Coordinating in the implementation of policies
  • Provide support to design and communicate HR Policies
  • Coordination for PMSDP goal setting, mid-year review and final assessment.
  • Follow up and coordination for completion of all phases in PMSDP process.
  • Support in a wide range of employee engagement and wellness initiatives with the aim to continuously improve employee experience.
  • Regular follow ups from the plants and sites regarding the engagement & wellness activities and preparing Compliance Reports.
  • Work closely with the team to conduct and evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Organizing and conducting regular meetings for employee communication across locations and ensuring compliance
  • Organizing and Conducting various Rewards and Recognition programs across locations and ensuring compliance.
  • Preparing and maintaining the Reward and Recognition tracker.
  • Assist in identifying High Potential Employees in L-4/L-5 across locations as per process.
  • Coordinate for organizing extended learning programs for such employees and ensuring compliance.
  • Preparation of IDPs of identified HIPOs.
  • Assist in adoption of Flagship Program Get Results in identified functions and ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure all activities under the control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement.
  • Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same.
  • Be responsible for ethical operation under his control.
  • Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation.
  • Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti- bribery and anti-corruption etc.
  • To support in Safety Training, safety communication planning and Safety Reward and Recognition and Safety Action Plan for define safety goals for HR, and ensure compliance for the company's safety programs.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-5 years of experience in handling HR Generalist profile and Talent Management Role.
  • Manufacturing Industry experience is preferred.

    MBA in HR
