Job Purpose

Design and delivering of Learning & Development Program, providing training, and creating innovative way of learning. Partnering with other executives to uncover, understand and gain support for leadership development solutions including Employee Engagement, Performance Management and      Reward and Recognition for GFL and Wind Business.

Prinicipal job accoutabilities
Accountabilities Major Activities Key Performance Indicators
Performance Management (Get Result) ? Coordination for annual goal setting, planned review and final assessment as per Get Result (PMS Policy) across group companies. ? Error-free data
Employee Engagement, Wellness and Communication ? Support in a wide range of employee engagement and wellness initiatives with the aim to continuously improve employee experience. ? Regular follow ups from the plants and sites regarding the engagement & wellness activities and preparing Compliance Reports. ? Work closely with the team to conduct and evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. ? Organizing and conducting regular meetings for employee communication across locations and ensuring compliance ? 100% Compliance
Reward and Recognition Reward and Recognition ? Organizing and Conducting various Rewards and Recognition programs across locations and ensuring compliance. ? Preparing and maintaining the Reward and Recognition tracker. ? 100% Compliance ? 100% Compliance
Talent Mangement/Development ? Create & execute learning strategies and program ? Evaluate individual & Organizational Development needs ? LMS – Design, Deliver e learning courses, workshop & training ? DEI- Building framework for DEI and implement diversity, inclusion & equity strategy for the business. ? Skill Matrix- Maps employee skill & Proficiency level and building Training intervention to bridge the gap. ? Preparation of IDPs of identified HIPO’s. ? Assist in adoption of Flagship Program – Get Results and other identified programs in different functions and across group companies . ? 100% Compliance
Compliance sustainability and integrity Compliance sustainability and integrity ? Ensure all activities under the control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement. ? Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same. ? Be responsible for ethical operation under his control. ?
